Hospitality Training Solutions is a new division of the Manitoba Tourism Education Council. MTEC has been the only supplier of Emerit Curriculum in Manitoba for over 30 years and now that Tourism HR Canada is no longer selling curriculum, MTEC has licensed part of the original Emerit Curriculum, and purchased and updated part of the original curriculum, and will be selling both under Hospitality Training Solutions.
Hospitality Training Solutions will also be selling curriculum that has been developed by the Manitoba Tourism Education Council over the past 30 years. This curriculum has been developed by industry experts to deliver practical, real-world expertise that aligns with the demands of today’s dynamic hospitality industry.
Although the majority of the curriculum was developed for the tourism industry; it is applicable to many industries and is being utilized in other college training programs outside of the hospitality industry.
HTS job-specific training manuals were created for competency based education and provide hands-on skills required to work in the hospitality industry and beyond.
